Hey guys. welcome back to my blog, it's been almost 3 weeks since my last post, and today it will be the last of the last blog. today is the final test for this semester. before that thank you so much for following all of my activities blog from my first post on February 5th, 2018. and now here we are. at the end of the road. so once again thank you so much. so today started around 6 am. I woke up and then went to shower. after that, I prepared my self and headed to campus using motorcycle and arrived at around 7.50 am.
We gathered and then entered the cold kitchen and online while waiting for Mr.jaya to gave us instruction about what we are going to do today. then Mr.jaya came in and told us to prepare rotation menu 2.1 which is Chinese. he told us to draw a piece of paper that he already prepared. inside the paper was already written what you are going to prepared, so I draw one and I got to prepare the main course which is Beef Rice Bowl. so Mr. Jaya told us to prepare the menu only and then we can go back home and then come back at around 12 pm. so I prepared some of the vegetables. thawed the beef and then after finished I went back home to have a brunch and a little rest.
The clock showed 1 pm already. I was asleep and didn't realize the clock and that made me almost late. but I rushed and arrived without late at all. then Mr..syahrial came to the cold kitchen and gave us our name list and then instructed us to prepare 20 pax of the menu. after finished with the food. Mr.Syahrial then instructed us to plate and garnish one of every menu and every person have to make a different plating style. after finished plating. I then went to the office and explained about my dishes to Mr.Wawan in English.
So that was my blog for today. well, this will be the last blog because this is final test already. so thank you so much for reading and following my activities for all this time. since the breakfast menu, to rotation menu 1 to menu rotation 2 you guys have been with me and read everything that I wrote. so once again thank you and I hopped I can see you guys again on my next blog maybe in the next semester, maybe? well, that's all from me.
