This week is research week, so i made ice cream from milk that i made out of redbean, the first day i made the redbean milk. i boiled the bean, then i blend them until all became a juice , i mixed it with water and sugar. then i pasturized the milk with ice cream stabilizers and some coconut cream, then i put it in the ice cream machine then mix until emulsified and frozen, then i put it in the freezer for 8 hours, then i gave it to the kitchen staff for a tester and feedback. the results were above expectation but i have to learn everyday.
