Hey guys, welcome back to my blog. A blog where i will tell you about my activities for today, from the time i woke up till the time i went back home from campus. Well this is my first blog for this week and lets start. Today's blog started at around 6 am, i woke up and took a shower and then went to campus at around 7 am, i went to campus with my motorcycle and arrived at around 7.30 am. Then i wore my apron and other uniform then waited my friend until they all came.
Then one by one my friends arrived, at around 8 am the senior incharge called us to oneline and then checked our grooming and tools , after that i went to the locker to out my personal belongings and then went to the main kitchen and one lined. Then Mr.Faisal came and told us to do general cleaning before we start our preparation. We did the general cleaning until around 9.15 am then Mr.Jaya came and Explained to us about our menu for tomorrow which is Celebes Buffet
After Mr.Jaya finished with the explanation we then started our preparation,my group got the responsibilities to handle the soup for tomorrow which is Sop Saudara and Sayur Labu Santan. I got to handle the Sop saudara so i took Shallot,Garlic and other spices and blended them to make spice paste for the soup, then i took out beef lung, blanched it until throughly cooked and marinated them with Thamarid,Coriander and Salt then wrapped it and put it in the chiller for tomorrow's use, after finished we then did general cleaning then we're told to go home and rest.
