Hey guys, welcome back to my blog, a blog where i will explain about my activites for today, well this is my second blog for this week and there will be 2 more blog comming, so stay tuned and keep up with this daily blog. Well lets start this blog, today's activites started from 6.40 am, i woke up and prepared myself, after finished at around 7.20 am, i then rushed to campus with my motorcycle and arrived at around 7.50 am, i almost late but i made it in time
Arrived at the campus i then went in straight to the main kitchen because we were instructed to enter the main kitchen. Then Mr.faisal tell the senior incharge to check for out equipment one by one then told us to go back inside the main kitchen, then mr.faisal came in and explained to us about our menu for today, which is Celebes Buffet menu. After finished with the explanation, then we were instructed to start our menu. Yesterday i've prepared some of the ingredients for the Sop Saudara like the spice paste and the beef.
To finish the dish, me and fisal sautèd the spice mix until fragrant then pour in the beef to seal in the flavour, then we poured 5 liters of brown stock and heat up until boiling point. After boil we then simmered the soup and seasoned with salt and pepper. After finished we then fried some beef lungs. Finished with the preparation we then poured it in soup toureen then we took it to the restaurant to serve, then we prepared for tomorrow's menu which is shrimp bisque, but today we just prepared the shrimp stock, then after finished we then did general cleaning and instructed to go back home and rest
