1. Rotisserie carving Knife


Function : to carve whole roasted chicken or any poultry or roasted meat
Materials : stainless steel , metal with plastic , wood or metal handle
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and wipe dry before storing


2. Scimitar knife



Function : Cut meat, cooked or raw , or to fillet big fish or butcher beef
Materials : stainless steel with plastic handle
Cleaning : Wash with soap and water , and wipe dry before storage make sure no                           blood is left in the blade


3. Rice Colander



Function :  to cool down cooked rice or to serve them to customer
Materials : metal or alumunium
Cleaning : clean with water and soap and make sure no rice leftover stuck in the hole                    and then wipe dry before next use
