Hey guys welcome back to my last blog for this week. a blog where i will tell you about my activities for today. don't worry, I will be back with a new post next week. so please stay tuned and don't get bored for reading my activities blog, because I will post every practical day. well, let us start today's blog. well, today's blog started at 5 am, I woke up and prepared myself for today's practical process. today is my turn to come to campus at 7 am, faster than any of my classmates.
I arrived at 6.50 am, then i opened the kitchen windows and the gas valve, then I took out yesterday's prepared food. at around 8 am my friend all came and then we one lined in the main kitchen and then senior in charge explained to us about today's menu which is a Celebes buffet. then told us to start doing our cooking. I then reheat the Konro Bakar and then grill them and baste the meat once a while when grilled. after grilling for about 30 minutes. then I took out the Konro Bakar from the grill and set it aside
Then my friend took a serving dish them plated the konro Bakar with Indonesian style. we lined the base of the serving dish with banana leaves and then garnished it with red and green chilies. then I want to test my plating technique by using modern plating technique. I took a piece of Konro Bakar then plated one portion for showing. it turned out to be pretty good. after the restaurant service is done we then took a little break and lunch together. after around 3 pm we then did general cleaning and went home around 6 pm after a short information by Mr.Jaya. well, that is my blog for today, I hopped you liked them. if you do make sure to leave a like and
