Daily Blog #4 - August 20th 2018
Hey guys, welcome back to my blog, it's been a week since my last blog post and today i'm back , welcome to my first blog for this week and stay tuned because there will be 2 more blog comming up. Well let's start today's blog, today's blog started at around 6.30 am, i woke up and prepared myself to go to campus, i finished at around 7.30 am, i went to campus with my motorcycle, i skipped breakfast because i thought i was late, but i wasn't late. So then i wore my apron and necktie.
At around 8.10 am, the senior incharge called us to one line in front of the cold kitchen and then they called us to went in to the main kitchen and onelined. Then Mr.Faisal went in and told us about the portion size of buffet food. After Mr.Faisal then Chef Dyno came in and explained to us about today's menu which is Indonesian Buffet Menu, and i got the responsibilities to handle the appetizer with my group. The appetizer for tomorrow is Dojang Nakeng and Rujak Mie.
I handled the Dojang Nakeng, and because today we're just preparing the ingredients, i took out 3 KGs of Prawns and peeled it, marinated it and then stored it in the chiller for tomorrow's use, i also helped my friend in the butcher station, i portioned the sirloin meat for the soto banjar and rendang daging. After finished with the preparation, then we were instructed to do the general cleaning i got the responsibilities to clean the kitchen with my friend edo and yusril after finished then we went home to rest.
