Equipment :

1. Blender

Function : Used to blend food with lot of moisutre and can handle moisture
Materials :glass, plastic and metal blade
Cleaning : unplug the cord and then take out the glass cup and then clean with                              a little soap and water and then clean the outside with wet paper towel

2. Food Processor

Function : To blend,chop and grate food with less moisture ex:meat,dry vegies
Materials : stainless steel or metal blade with plastic or glass bowl
Cleaning : clean by taking the blade out and wash with soap and water and remove                      the bowl and lid and also clean with soap and water


3. Hand Mixer

Function :  To blend food without moving the food from previous container
Materials : stainless steel with plastic body
Cleaning : pull out the blade and the metal part and then wash with soap and water

Utensils :

1. Mezzaluna

Function : to chop herbs without bruiseing the herbs
Materials : stainless steel and wood or plastic handle
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water

2. Mezzaluna Pizza Chopper

Function : to cut pizza or other bakery food
Materials : stainless steel with plastic or wood handle
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then rinse and dry


3. Pizza Roller

Function :  To cut pizza fast but often uneven cut
Materials : stainless steel with plastic handle
Cleaning : clean with water and soap and wipe before storage
