Equipment :

1. Greeze Trap

Function : used to hold greeze and oil
Materials : stainless steel because it placed under the sink
Cleaning : clean the greeze trap by disposing the trash, clean the outside after use and                  also the inside


2.  Double Sink

Function : Used to wash dishes by seperating the plate
Materials : stainless steel or metal
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and wipe dry

3. Garbage Disposal

Function :  to grind left over organic food and turned it into composter
Materials : stainless steel with metal blade inside
Cleaning : pull out the rack and clean with soap and water, and then clean the outside                  if needed
Utensils :

1. Wooden Spoon

Function : used to toss salad or to scoop up other things of foood
Materials : Wood but there are some made from plastic
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and wipe dry before storing


2. Slotted Spoon

Function : take food from boiling water without taking the water
Materials : plastic or metal
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then wipe dry


3. Pasta Spoon

Function :  used to take long spaghetti or other noodle pasta with easy way
Materials : stainless steel, or plastic
Cleaning : clean with water and soap and wipe dry before storage
