Equipment :

1. Cake Display ( Bakery Showcase )

Function : used to display cake in cool condition around 5-10 Celcius
Materials : metal or stainless steel and glass
Cleaning : unplug the cord and then clean the food trap by disposing the trash,clean                      the rack inside and clean the outside after use and also the inside with soap                  and water


2. Exhaust Hood

Function : To pull out hot air or unfresh air or smoke to the output outside the kitchen
Materials : stainless steel or metal
Cleaning : clean by taking all of the filter and then wash with soap and water and clean                  the exterior with soap and water and paper towel


3. Hot Coil Burner

Function :  To heat pan or hot plate pan without actually using fire
Materials : stainless steel with metal coil
Cleaning : unplug the cord and pull out the coil and then wash with soap and water                        and clean the exterior with soap and water

Utensils :

1. Fish Spatula

Function : to flip fish without destroying the fish
Materials : stainless steel or  plastic
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and wipe dry before storing

2. BBQ spatula

Function : to flip food while bbqing the big surface is to flip more than one food
Materials : stainless steel or metal
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then rinse and dry


3. Frying Spatula

Function :  To flip, mix or take out food from frying oil
Materials : stainless steel, metal
Cleaning : clean with water and soap and wipe dry before storage
