Equipment :

1. Panini Press

Function : Used to press sandwich or panini with leaving bar mark/ char
Materials :non stick coating metal with stainless steel body
Cleaning : unplug the cord and then clean it with soap and water and avoid using too                    much water

2. Sandwich Press

Function : To make sandwich with filling inside
Materials : stainless steel with nonstick coated metal
Cleaning : unplug the cord and then clean it with soap and water and avoid using too                    much water


3. Tortilla Press

Function :  To make flat and thin tortilla without using direct fire
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : unplug the cord and then clean it with soap and water and avoid using too                    much water
Utensils :

1. Balloon Whisk

Function : used to mix,blend and whip ingredients or liquid ( Good for sauces )
Materials : metal wire or plastic wire
Cleaning : Clean with water and soap after use

2. Bedspring Coil Whisk

Function : to beat eggs or other ingredients ( Not good for whipping cream )
Materials : stainless steel,with metal wire
Cleaning : clean it with soap and water


3. Coil Beater/ Coil Whisk

Function :  To mix/ blend ingredients in small container ( used to carefuly mixing )
Materials : stainless steel or metal wire
Cleaning : clean it with soap and water
