Equipment :

1. Pressure Fryer



Function : to fry and tenderize meat or anything we fry
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : drain the oil and change it regulary and clean the inside and outside with                      soap and water pretty often


2.  Four Deck Oven



Function : to bake a lot of food at once or seperately
Materials : stainless steel or metal tray
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and wipe dry

3. Tilting Pan


Function :  to cook a lot of portion and tilt it when it's ready to serve
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : clean the inside with soap and water also the outside

Utensils :

1. Thrusting Needle



Function : used to sew or close meat or poultry
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and wipe dry before storing


2. Coning Strainer



Function : to strain stock or other liquid or food
Materials : plastic and metal
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then wipe dry


3. Flour Container



Function :  used to store flour so it will kept dry
Materials : plastic
Cleaning : clean with water and soap and wipe dry before storage
