Equipment :

1. Potato Chip Slicer

Function : to slice thin slices of potatoes to make crispy chips
Materials : stainless steel and metal
Cleaning : need professional cleaning


2.  Potato Spiral Slicer

Function : to make spiral potatoes on a stick
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : clean the blade with a wet napkin and change regularly

3. Butcher Hand Saw

Function :  to cut bones from meat
Materials : stainless steel and another component
Cleaning : clean with paper towel, and change blade when rust or dull

Utensils :

1. Wooden Cutting Board

Function : as a surface to cut ingredients
Materials : wood
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then wipe dry, once a month apply oil

Function : same as cutting board but thicker and stronger
Materials : wood or plastic
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then wipe dry
