Equipment :

1.Bain Marie


Function : to display also keeping food warm
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : clean by removing the dish and then wash them with soap and water


2.  Hand Crank Meat Slicer


Function : just like a meat slicer machine but this is using hand crank power
Materials : stainless steel and other component
Cleaning : clean the clean with soap and water and change blade every months

3. Freeze Dry Machine


Function :  to freeze dry food, making it last long and also giving them character
Materials : plastic
Cleaning : clean with paper towel, don't forget to unplug and wash the dish with soap                    and water

Utensils :

1. Cheese Knife


Function : to cut cheese without making it stick or destroyed
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then wipe dry


2. Paramesan knife



Function : used to break up big wheel of cheese using professional technique
Materials : metal
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then wipe dry


3. Basting Brush



Function :  used to baste food with oil or butter or sauce
Materials : plastic and silicone
Cleaning : clean with soap and water
