Equipment :

1. Chocolate Tempering Machine



Function : to temper chocolate making it shiny and has a snap when breaking
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : clean the bowl with soap and water and exterior with wet napkin


2.  Ice Cream Dipping Warmer


Function : to keep ice cream dip warm
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : clean by empty the bowl and clean with soap and water

3. Batter Dispenser Machine


Function :  to dispense batter (Used in a big factory)
Materials : stainless steel and another component
Cleaning : need professional cleaning or clean with napkin if needed

Utensils :

1. Takoyaki Pan


Function : to make round takoyaki ( Japanese Octopus Ball )
Materials : stainless steel, and nonstick coating metal
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and wipe dry before storing


2.  Dosa Tawwa ( Flat Pan ) ( Indian Food )



Function : to make a thin dosa food ( Indian Food )
Materials : stainless steel and nonstick coated
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then wipe dry


3. Kadai ( Indian Wok )


Function :  used to cook food like fried rice or sauted food
Materials : heavy iron metal or cast iron
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then wipe dry after use
