Hey Guys ! Welcome back to my blog, a blog where i will tell you about my activities today. this is my third blog for this week, i hope you don't get bored. Because i will be posting this blog everyday in practical week. Without Further wait, Lets Begin the Blog ! So today is Wednesday, we were instructed yesterday to be at campus at 7.30 am so there i was, went from my home at 6.50 am and arrived at 7.15 am. I was pretty disapointed because i was expecting the day will start pretty soon, but the fact is, it started like the usual day at 8 am. Like usual, after one lining in front of the kitchen, the senior called us to do daily check and told us to go in. also as usual, i went to the locker room to put my bag and then went to the cold kitchen.
Today's menu was menu rotation 1.1 again. Why ? because its a rotation menu. which means that the menu will be repeated over and over again until we master the recipe and can do better than the last time we cooked it. the menu was Chicken Salad Hawaiian, Shrimp Bisque, Beef stew with Baked Potatoes and Sauted Zucchini and Yellow butter cake. but today is my off day, which means that i am out the kitchen to do my "secret" project with my group. We discussed about what we are going to make for the project, and i came out with an idea of making "Cloud Burger".
It's 12 pm and it is time to prepare for tomorrow's menu. My Group handled the soup which is Minestrone soup, an Italian classic soup made from vegetables and chicken stock. so i made the chicken stock and then prepared the vegetables for the soup which is Cabbage, Onion, Carrot, and Zucchini, after finished, we wrapped it up with cling film and then stored it in the chiller. after finish with the preparation we take a lunch break and then we did the general cleaning. after around 6 pm the day was closed by Mr.Jaya, he explained to us some information and told us to go back home to rest and work on our blog.
