Equipment & Utensil #10

Equipment :

1. Dish Washer



Function : used to wash utensils with easy and also sanitize the utensils
Materials : metal or stainless steel
Cleaning : clean the food trap by disposing the trash,clean the rack inside and clean                      the outside after use and also the inside with soap and water


2.  Walk in Chiller


Function : To cool down and store food without freezing them
Materials : stainless steel or metal
Cleaning : clean outside with damp paper towel,  clean the inside regularly by sorting                    the ingredients and clean the rack and containers


3. Walk in Freezer


Function :  To store food for a long time by freezing them
Materials : stainless steel with metal rack
Cleaning : pull out the rack and clean with soap and water, and then clean the floor                        and wall with soap and water make sure no leftover blood or food and then                    wipe dry with dry clean napkin or paper towel or mop

Utensils :

1. Frying Pan



Function : to fry , saute or cook food with little bit of liquid
Materials : stainless steel or non stick
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and wipe dry before storing

2. Casserole



Function : to cook food slowly and can used for stew or braised food
Materials : Ceramic or stainless steel or metal
Cleaning : clean with soap and water and then rinse and dry


3. Grill/Griddle Pan



Function :  To cook food and leave a charred mark on the food
Materials : stainless steel, metal
Cleaning : clean with water and soap and wipe dry before storage
