Equipment :

1. Kitchen Sink

Function : used to wash utensils and also to keep personal hygine by washing hands
Materials : metal or stainless steel
Cleaning : clean the food trap by disposing the trash, clean the outside after use and                      also the inside


2.  Ice Shaver

Function : make a shaved ice used to make dessert or to cool down food
Materials : stainless steel or metal
Cleaning : clean outside with damp paper towel, doesn't need too much cleaning                             because ice is made out of clean water


3. Showcase / Food Display

Function :  Display food and also heating or chill it at the same time
Materials : stainless steel and glass with metal rack
Cleaning : pull out the rack and clean with soap and water, and then clean the glass                      with multipurpose glass spray and then wipe dry with dry clean napkin or                      paper towel

Utensils :

1. Garlic Press

Function : Quickly mince garlic and chopped them finely
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and wipe dry before storing make sure no                             leftover garlic in the hole


2. Corkscrew

Function : open wine or any bottles that uses wooden plug
Materials : stainless steel with plastic
Cleaning : clean the corkscrew with dry paper towel or napkin, doesn't need too much                    cleaning because we don't use it pretty often


3. Stock Pot

Function :  Cook large amount of liquid ( between 8 L,10 L,18 L. ETC )
Materials : stainless steel, metal, or copper
Cleaning : clean with water and soap and wipe dry before storage
