Equipment :

1. Rice Cooker

Function : To cook rice automaticly without manual cooking
Materials : metal, plastic, and non stick coating
Cleaning : clean the bowl inside by washing with water and soap and then wipe dry                        and then clean the outside with paper towel and then wipe dry before next                    use make sure no leftover rice


2.  Bun Toaster

Function : To toast a big batch of bun or bread perfecly
Materials : stainless steel or metal
Cleaning : clean the crumb tray and wash them with water, and clean the outside with                    soap and water


3. Cooling Rack

Function :  as a stand to cool down bread,main course or other food before serving
Materials : stainless steel and heavy metal with wheels
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and then wipe dry with paper towel

Utensils :

1. Pasta Collander

Function : to drain pasta or to cooling down before serving or cooking
Materials : stainless steel
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and wipe dry before storing


2. Potato Masher

Function : mash potatoes easily and perfectly without using to much energy
Materials : stainless steel with plastic handle
Cleaning : Wash with soap and water , and wipe dry before storage make sure no                           potato or any ingredients left in the holes


3. Sauce pan

Function :  cook sauce or small amount of liquid by boiling or simmering
Materials : stainless steel, metal, or copper
Cleaning : clean with water and soap and wipe dry before storage
