Hey Everyone, it's been a week since my last post. so as always, welcome back to blog, a blog where i will tell you about my activities today. I hope you like it. So without further wait Lets Start ! Today started with a rainy day i kinda hesitated to go to the campus because of the rain, it's rained hard. I can't use motorcycle because i don't have any rain coat. So i went to campus by car and arrived at around 8.20 am. I arrived at the campus and my friend already started to prepare today's menu, So i took my uniform, wore them and then went straight to the cold kitchen to prepare too.
Today is Rotation menu 1.4 Italian Dishes. Which insist Chicken Liver and Herb Pate, Clam Chowder, Spaghetti Bolognaise, Baked Custart tart, and Brioche Bread. i got to handle the bread since i've made it before, so i prepared flour, egg, butter and milk and then mixed it until well combined and then shape them into "Au Te te" shape which is round with little knob on top, after i shaped them, i baked the bread for 35 minutes in 250 C. After that i helped my friend with the preparation, cooking and the plating until we're ready to open the restaurant service
At around 10.45 am i got a coupon to enjoy my senior's cooking in the restaurant. The Indonesian styled buffet service is really good, the food was amazing, especially the menu konro bakar, super amazing, the seasoning is perfect and it was packed with flavour, i really really enjoyed it. Move on at 2 pm, the restaurant service started. we delivered the food as ordered which is 30 pax. After finished at around 3.20 pm, we did the general cleaning as usual and then finished by little briefing by Mr.Jaya and told us to go home to rest.
