Hello everyone , welcome to today's blog. In this blog i'm going to tell you about what i did and what i was doing for this whole day started from morning to afternoon. Alright , so without further do let's get right to today's activities blog. I hope you like it and keep reading all of my blog.
Today's activities started at 7.30 am. Where i went from my house to campus. i arrived around 8.00 am , at the time i got there, i was late again. Everybody are already one lined in the cold kitchen, in hurry i took my apron and other stuff, and wore them. Quickly i ran to the locker room to put my bag, and went straight to the cold kitchen and joined my friend and one lined. I went to the senior and report that i'm late and they told me that it was fine because i was just late for 3 minutes.
Then Mr.Syahrial came in and explained to us about today's menu and how to serve the menu today , which is the Rotation Menu 1.1 that contained Hawaiian Chicken Salad, Shrimp Bisque, Beef Stew, and Butter Cake for the dessert. After around 15 minutes of listened to Mr.Syahrial, Group 4 and I were called to the classroom , to do a little English Section with Ms.Veronica, the guest from Poland. We discussed about our blog and the mistakes in grammar and the proportion of the blog , she was also shared to us lots of things about Poland. After around 11.00 am the section is done, we went back to the kitchen to prepare for tomorrow's menu
Tomorrow's menu is Rotation Menu 1.2 which contains Macedoine of vegetables with mayonnaise, Fish Fillet Meuniere, Minestrone soup, and Choux ala Creme for the dessert. My group got to prepare the main course which is the fish dish, with Glazed Root Vegetables and Potato Au Gratin. I took over the fish, which i skinned out and scaled the portion size and marinated it with salt and pepper with a little squeeze of lime juice, wrapped it up and putted it in the freezer. The time shows 4.00 pm , time to do the general cleaning , so the senior in charge splitted our tasks and we do the General Cleaning until like 6.00 pm , today's activities was closed by Mr.Jaya, he explains some things and then told us to go back home to rest.
