Equipment & Utensil #5

Equipment :

1. Microwave

Function : To preheat food super fast
Materials : glass and heat resistant plastic
Cleaning : Remove the dish inside and clean it pretty often and clean the inside and                      outside with paper towel


2. Char Broiler

Function : To grill food and leave a char mark
Materials : Stainless steel and steel
Cleaning : Clean the grill with iron brush and make sure no charred food on it, and                         change the charcoal after use


3.Stove

Function :  One of the main equipment in the kitchen , used for cooking and baking                         food
Materials : stainless steel and glass or all metal
Cleaning : clean the stove rack and the crumb tray with soap and water, clean the                          oven by removing the attachment inside and wash them also with soap and                  water

Utensils :

1. Cookie Cutter

Function :to cut dough or cookie dough into desired shape
Materials : Metal and plastic
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and wipe dry before storing


2. Cutting Board

Function : as a surface to cut Vegetables, Meat or any other things
Materials : Wood or Plastic
Cleaning : Wash with soap and water , make sure no blood or meat or vegetables left                    behind , for wooden cutting board , add oil for wood treatment


3. Plastic Container

Function : To store ingredients or cooked food or left over food
Materials : plastic
Cleaning : clean with water and little soap may added just make sure to rinse it dry ,                      and dry well before storing so its not smells bad
