Equipment & Utensil #4

Equipment :

1. Dough Mixer

Function : To mix a big amount of dough so it's easier
Materials : Stainless Steel
Cleaning : Remove the whisk or any attachment including the bowl and wash them ,                      clean any splatter with dry napkin before dry


2.Chiller

Function : To preserve food without freeze it
Materials : Stainless steel and glass
Cleaning : Clean the attachments like the rack every weeks , and clean the exterior                        and interior with wet napkin


3.Freezer

Function : To store and preserve food , meat or vegetables and freeze them so it will                      last longer
Materials : stainless steel and double wall plastic
Cleaning : empty the fridge and clean the inside with water ( Soap may added )

Utensils :

1. Chef Knife

Function : the most handy tools in the kithchen , used to prepare food
Materials : Metal and plastic handle
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and wipe dry before storing


2.Meat Chopper/Meat Cleaver

Function : To cut and chop meat that still have bone in
Materials : Metal , stainless steel and plastic or wooden handle
Cleaning : Wash with soap and water , make sure no blood or meat left behind


3.Rolling Pin

Hasil gambar untuk rolling pin


Function : To flattens dough to the right thickness
Materials : Heavy wood
Cleaning : clean with water and little soap may added just make sure to rinse it dry ,                      and dry well before storing so its not moldy
