Equipment :

1.Bone Saw Machine

Function : To cut frozen meat and bones easily
Materials : Stainless Steel and Metal Saw
Cleaning : Remove the saw blade and change when needed and clean the outside                        with soap and wet towel


2.Dough Proofer

Function : To Proof Dough in right humidity and temperature
Materials : Stainless steel and glass
Cleaning : Clean the outside and inside with wet towel and take out the tray and wash                    with soap and water


3.Gas Grill

Function : To cook food using Grill or Griddle Technique
Materials : Metal grill and bar , with stainless steel body
Cleaning : Clean the grill with brush and water , and the body with wet towel

Utensils :

1.Measuring Spoon

Function : To measure ingredients by using Tbsp or Tsp Metric
Materials : Metal and there is some made of plastic
Cleaning : Clean with soap and water and wipe dry before storing


2.Frying pan

Materials : Metal , copper or nonstick materials
Cleaning : Wash with soap and water , for nonstick coating , do not use chemical and                    metal scrubber


3.Can Opener

Function : To open Canned food
Materials : Metal and plastic or rubber handle
Cleaning : Doesn't need cleaning pretty often , just keep dry so its not rusting
