Hey Guys, welcome back to my blog, a blog where i will explain to you about today's activities. well today is the second day of this week and i am back to the main kitchen for ala carte II menu. i started today's activities by waking up at around 5.30 am , yes i woke up a little bit early than usual, because today we were told to came a little bit early, at 6.30 am. so after i woke up i prepared myself and went to campus at around 6.10 am and arrived at 6.40 am,yes i am a little bit late but it was tolerated by the senior incharge.
After i arrived at the campus, then i wore my uniform and then went straight to the pastry to help my friend. well today i was supposed to handle the dessert, but since Wahyu needed help for the Great For Sharing menu, then i went there to help. i started to help by making mayonaise sauce but before that, Mr.Faisal came to showed us how to make a beef wellington then after he finished then i make the mayonaise. in the middle of the process, Chef Dyno called us to do one line, and then he explained to us about today's menu and also showed us how to make Beef Wellington as well.
Then After finished with the mayonaise, i then split it in two then make a thousand island's sauce and also tartar sauce, for the burger and the club sandwich. then the restaurant service started. my order started to came. California Burger i made by grilling beef patties that we prepared earlier, then assembled it with lettuce,tomatoes and onion slices. then top it up with the toasted burger buns. and the making of the club sandwich required pan seared chicken and some vegetables then assembled in a toast bread with the thousand island sauce. after finished with the restaurant services, then we did general cleaning and then today practical process was closed by Mr.Faisal.
