Hey, guys welcome back to my blog, a blog where i will tell you guys about my activities for today. well, yesterday was a public holiday so we didn't go to campus, but since we were well prepared since 2 days ago, we are ready for today's restaurant services. so today we were told to come to campus at 7 am, so i did. i woke up at around 5 am then prepared myself like i usually do, but because i am almost late, i didn't have a chance to have some breakfast
Then i arrived at around 6.55 am or so, then i wore my uniform and other things, when i arrived, all of my friends are already inside the main kitchen. i was so lucky that i arrived ON TIME. so i didn't end up on the stewarding station. then mr.faizal went in and explained to us about today's menu which is alacarte 2 menu. then after he explained to us, we started doing our menu. so i went to the pantry and i mixed my own secret seasoning for the burger.
Gabriel prepared the thousands island sauce and i prepared the vegetables, i sliced some tomatoes, onions and some pickled gherkins for the burger's filling. then i took my burger buns in the bakery station along with my toast bread for sandwiches. then it is time to start our restaurant services. we finished at around 2 pm then we did general cleaning. after finished general cleaning we then have lunches together then today's activities were closed by Mr.Faisal and he told us to go to campus at 7 am again tomorrow.
