Hey guys welcome back to my blog, a blog where i will tell you about my activities for today, today is the 3rd day for this week, and tommorow will be the last day. today we were told that we have to come at 7 am, so i woke up at 5 am and prepared myself then i went to the campus, i arrived at around 6.40 am then i wore my apron and other uniform, then we were called to oneline in front of the kitchen by senior incharge then they told us to went in to the kitchen to one line in there
Then the senior incharge asked us about our preparation, today i was placed in the butcher station again, and i prepared some ingredients for other section, today i refilled some bacon and smoked beef for the great for sharing station, and also sliced more tuna for the sushi menu. after i finished then i was selected to became aboyer again, so then when the restaurant opened, i then called the order and give them to the right server.
after i finished with the aboyer station, then i went to the main kitchen and helped making moules menu for special office order then plated them. after that i then also helped the sushi menu for special order in the office. then we were finished today's activities then we started doing general cleaning, we finished at around 3 pm then at 4 pm we were told to went back home and rest. today's activities closed by short information by Mr.Ical and he told us to come at 7 am tomorrow.
