Hey guys welcome back to my blog, a blog where i will tell you about my activities for today, well today isn't like usual day, because i'm going to gammara hotel for a 1 week training. Today is my group's turn and we are the last group to go, so this is our week. So i prepared myself to go there, i woke up at around 6 am and took a shower and etc. I finished then went straight to gammara hotel. I arrived there at around 8.10 am, after arrived i parked my motorcycle at the employee parking area and waited for my friend to come.
After everyone came. Then we checked in at the security, and then went to the chef's office, we met wity chef anas and he tell us our section that we needed to working on. So i was placed in the main kitchen with Jo and Diny. At first we were greeted by kak iqbal, then he told us to repack a white spice blend and some sambal rica into a plastic roll packing. Then we put it in the large insert pan and labled it one by one then we were told to put it in the freezer.
Then we went to take a rest in the employee dining area with my friend Ari from culinary arts 3A. then after we ate some lunch and a little rest. we then come back to the kitchen and we were told to prepare some ingredients , so we prepared some vegetables for tomorrow's breakfast buffet, we prepared some cauliflower,brocolli and then i cut some potatoes into wedges. after that the time showed 4 pm. which means it is time to go back home. so i took my bag in the office then went home.
