Gammara Training Day #3

Gammara Training Day #3 - October 10th, 2018

     Hey, Guys Welcome back to my blog, a blog where I will tell you about my activities for today. well today is the third day of my gammara training blog. and I got the morning shift again, so I woke up at 6 am and like usual, I prepared myself and then went to gammara hotel at around 6.40 am, then I went to the security check to check my absent list then I went straight to the kitchen to start today's training day. well, today chef rifo told me that he needed my help in the butcher station. so me and Fatta went to the butcher station to help.

     So today we helped by cutting 40 pcs of chicken into a small buffet cut and put it all in a container for tomorrow's morning breakfast menu. then chef rifo took some dory fish fillet, and told us to cut it into the Goujonettes cut for Fried Fish, we cut around 20 kgs of fish. after we finished with the preparation then chef Rifo told us to take a lunch break, so we did. fatta and I went to the EDR to eat some lunch then take a break at the smoking area.

     After we finished with the lunch break, we then went straight up to the butcher to clean up a little bit. and then chef rifo instructed us to go down to the purchasing office because there are some items that we need to check and take to the kitchen. after finished with the recieving, I went back to the main kitchen, and then I helped by grilling chicken breast for appetizer's filling. after finished, the time already showed 4 pm, so it is time to go back home.
