Hey guys, welcome back to my blog. a blog where i will tell you about my activities for today. well, this is it, this is the last week of the practical process before the final test. today we are doing a ceremony because 2 days ago is 17th November, and it is our campus's tradition to do ceremony every month at 17th. so i prepared myself to go, i woke up at 5 am then showered, then i went to campus with the formal uniform. I arrived at campus then attend the ceremony.
After the ceremony finished. we then went to change our uniform into our chef's uniform. then went to the kitchen and one lined in the main kitchen. this week we are doing the alacarte 2 menus. me and Gabriel are handling the great for sharing menu, which consists California burger, Club Sandwich, Grilled Cheese sandwich and deep fried calamari with tartar sauce. But because today is Monday and tomorrow is a public holiday, we are just going to prepare some of the ingredients, so i went to the butcher and i ordered 20 patties with 80-100 grams each.
Then for the vegetable, i am planning to prepare it Wednesday so it will stay fresh. then after the preparation, i then helped the pastry team to prepare the honey ice cream, since it is also my secret project with Gabriel, today we are planning to experiment and make 2 flavours, which is salted caramel flavor, but the ice cream machine stopped working when we barely finished the honey ice cream, so we stopped making it, we then ended it with general cleaning then went home and rest.
