Daily Blog #12 - 6th November 2018

     Hey Guys welcome back to my blog, a blog where I will explain to you about today's activities, today is the second day of this practical week and there will be 2 more days to go. so stay tuned and don't forget to leave a nice comment in the comment section below, alright lets begin, today's activities started just like usual , I woke up at around 6.am then I prepared my self and went to campus, I arrived at 6.50 am, I went to campus a little bit early, because we were told that we start doing our practical process at 7 am.
     After I arrived at the campus I then wore my uniform then the senior in charge called us to one line in the main kitchen and then told us about today's preparation, after that then he instructed us to start doing our work. I went to the butcher station and then I prepared some smoked beef, and beef bacon for Cold Kitchen's preparation, then I helped my friend in the sushi station, I helped them by preparing the sushi and the presentation.

     Then it is time for Open Resto because I am at the butcher station today, I am chosen to become the Aboyer, at first Fadhil helped me with the aboyer, but then later ainul came to replace Fadhil. I handled the aboyer pretty good even tho it is not perfect, but I am still learning. the rush of the restaurant is really enjoyable. after finished with the restaurant services, then we did general cleaning, just like yesterday, Mr.Faisal wants everything to be finished before 4 pm, then at around 5 pm, he told us to went back home to rest and Read More...
