Hey guys, welcome back to my blog, a blog where i will tell you about my activities for today, well today is the last day of the practical process. and we are told yesterday to come at 6.30 am, so then like usual, i woke up at 4.30 am then prepared myself, and then went to campus with my motorcycle and parked at the exact same parking spot, just like usual. when i arrived i then wore my uniform and then went inside the main kitchen and onelined.
Today we are back at the ala carte II menu, and still doing the great for sharing . because yesterday i've did the same menu, i hopped today is better than yesterday, yesterday i got some difficulties for the cooking speed because i am not that well prepared yesterday. so today i prepared everything in better. i organized everything better. then the restaurant service time has come an then we start cooking, we finished around 2 am.
Then after i finished with the preparation, Mr jaya called me and he ordered 3 portions of the california burger, and then when i cooked the food. my friend onelined and decided whos going to be the steward and suddenly , the situation was hot. but being a professional i didn't go and check what happened. i keep doing my job. then when i finished. i was kicked out of the kitchen by Mr.Jaya. i didn't knew whats happening. so i followed the order. then we were told to go home earlier. i wish no bad things gonna happen, since it is our last day of practical process
