Hey Guys welcome back to my blog, a blog where i will tell you about today's activities, well last week i was sick for 2 days. but this week i am healthy and i am ready for another ala carte I action. well today is the first day of the week which mean today is Prepare day. well i still don't know which section will i get, but i will still try my best at every section. today i woke up at around 6 am then i prepared myself to go to the campus, i arrived at the campus at around 7.50 am. i was late because there was a flood so i have to be careful not to get soaked.
After i arrived i then wore my uniform like usual , then went to the main kitchen then one lined there. then the senior called us one by one to explain the menu that we are going to do, then Mr.Faisal came in and told us about some information about training and kitchen's new rules. then i was placed in the Butcher Station. today is just a preparation day.which means a lot of things to do in the butcher station, my friend also helped me in the butcher station, gabriel and fadhil. before we start doing our thing. Mr.Faisal told us that we have to finish before 4 pm. so we have to do everything fast
Then we were told to start doing, i went to the butcher and start making a list for everything that we need to prepare, today i have an order of 120 Mussels, 120 scallops, 40 Tuna slices, 40 Tuna steaks, 12 Chicken Breast, 2 packs of Smoked Beef, 4 kg of Shrimps. then we start preparing, i prepared the shrimps, chicken breast, and scallops. then we packed it for tomorrow's service, after finished then i started to do general cleaning in the butcher station and finished before 4 pm, then mr jaya closed today's practical process with short information.
