Daily Acitvities #3

      Hey guys welcome back to my daily blog, today i am going to tell you about my activities for today, today i am not very busy since i am just continue my sour dough bread and make baguette. the proper baguette size is 35-40 cm with 5 cm diameter. after making the bread i leave it to proof for 2 hours then baking it at 150 Celcius for 45 minutes until brown. then when slicing it, the results is kinda good. we got the pores and also soft on the inside but still hard on the outside. then we end the day with general cleaning
