Hey guys welcome back to my blog, in this blog i am going to tell you about my activities for this week, this is my first week for practical week , but most of my friends have started last week, its because they finished their in job trainee faster than i did.
So lets begin, today we have a holy task, we have to make lunch box and snack box for 125 pax for JOB FAIR EVENT this event really beneficial for our class funds. we actually have prepared yesterday which is sunday. and today we are just going to finish up and then prepare for tomorrow.
so my group got the responsibility to handle snack box and also today there is coffee break at 9 am, so we got a lot of things to handle and the results is, we are kinda late like 30 minutes. but everyhing coming out like expected then Mr.Faisal wants to check our sour dough starter that we prepared yesterday. the technique for testing your sour dough starter is to take a spoonful of the starter and pour inside a bowl of water, if it is floating then your starter is ready, if it sinks, then your starter is not ready. mine is floating which means my starter is ready, then Mr.Ical told us to make sour dough loaf. so we prepared then leave it overnight to proof. we end the day with general cleaning
