Hey guys welcome back to the third day of practical process and today we are making the ADH's Product since they are not allowed to enter the kitchen because of an internal problem, so i got to handle the konro bakar. the konro bakar have been prepared yesterday, and today i just need to grilled the konro bakar and plated it, since it is Table d'hote service i plated 40 pax then finished around 2 pm. then we did general cleaning like usual, then go home.
