Hey Guys, Welcome back to my blog, in this blog i am going to tell you about my activities today. so we are back at practical week, and this week we are going to focus on Bakpia and Puff Pastry.
So we start at around 8 am today, after Mr.Faisal instruct us to start making our pia and puff pastry, then we start making then, bakpia consist of base ingredients which is flour and oil, but sometimes people makes them differently, then after we start making, we found some difficulties which is sometimes the bakpia are crumbly on the top side but very hard on the bottom, which makes it imperfect, so after showing our results to Mr.Faisal then he told us to start again.
Then we start doing general cleaning after lunch , and finished around 6 pm, then we go home after some short closing information from Mr.Faisal.
