Hey guys today we are back at practical process, and we are starting a new topic which is Lapis Legit, or thousand layers cake, this cake is originally, from Dutch people from the colonial era, the distinct characteristics about this cake is the Spekoek spice which have cinnamon like aroma and very soft but layer texture, this cake consist of lots of eggs, flour, butter and the Spekoek Spice. the first try was almost perfect, but the layers still falling apart and still need to perfected it.
Then we did general cleaning and then come home at around 7 pm
