Hey guys, welcome back to my daily blog, today is the second day and today we handled snack box again that we prepared yesterday, todays menu is jalangkote, panada and barongko. same as yesterday we prepared for 125 pax, and this time, the foods are served just in time.
today i checked yesterday's sour dough results and it is quite good but still overproof. after mr faisal saw our bread, then he told us to make french bread with the left over levain starter. my friends who is making croissant are punished to run around the campus 3 times, for friendship, i also ran 1 times. after finished running then we finished the day with general cleaning.
