Daily Blog #15 - 21st october 2019
Hey guys welcome back to today's practical process, today we are making Lapis Legit again and also we are making mixture for the apang paranggi tomorrow, which consist of Coconut water and Tape Singkong and we leave it for a day to ferment. the purpose of the fermentation is to make a gas just like sour dough starter. which make the cake double its size. and then we finished all of the activities around 3 pm then we did general cleaning and go home at around 5 pm.
