Daily Blog #6 - August 22nd 2019
Hey guys, today is the last day for this week's practical process and today we are making sugar dough for tarlet, yes we passed the croissant week. finally after 2 weeks. but today i can't make croissant because Mr.Faisal gave me the responsibilities to incharge in the ADH class.
Today ADH class are making Hollandaise and Bernaise sauce, after finished showing them how to make them, then i let them make it themself, i watched them and guide them as we go along. after we finished then Mr.Faisal told me to make the spice blend for the Ayam kecap for tomorrow's "Jum'at Berbagi" after finished then we are doing general cleaning and today is closed by Mr.Faisal
