Daily Blog #16 - October 22nd 2019



     Hey today we are doing an apang paranggi and also a modern twist using Tape Ketan Hitam. we decided to make Eclair with Tape Ketan Hitam Filling , so today we made the Eclair Crust, we are planning to make the filling but since we running out of whip cream. we have to wait until tomorrow to finish the dish. so we are just preparing and finished at around 3 pm, then as usual after lunch we then did general cleaning and finished at around 6 pm.
