Hey guys welcome back to my blog, in this blog i am going to tell you about my activities in the kitchen. this is the second week of practical process and yesterday was monday, i was busy doing a little personal activities which makes me took a day off.
Today started as usual at 8 am, Mr.Faisal showed us how to make croissant the right way and also make sour dough loaf, after he showed us how to make sour dough we then moved to making them ourself, and i am making a group with my friend darma. after i am making my dough until the 3rd fold, the dough broke and Mr.Faisal told us to throw it away because he knew it is going to be a failure.
After that we then doing our general cleaning before Mr.Faisal closed our practical day with short information.
