Hey guys welcome back to my Blog, we are back. and this is our second day of practical process and today we are back to Bakpia again. after opening and some information by Mr.Faisal, then we start making bakpia again.
This time instead of using cheese filling like yesterday, we actually tried to make it with chocolate filling. but just like yesterday , the results is total failure, just like yesterday, it is flaky and crispy on the outside, but very hard and stiff at the bottom and the layers is gone. so without showing it to Mr.Faisal we knew it was a total failure, but we have to try again tomorrow. we are not giving up until it is perfect.
so we end the day like usual, at 2 pm we eat lunch together then we are doing general cleaning. then we go home after some short information .
