Hey guys, like yesterday, welcome back to my blog, today is the third day for this practical week and we are back at croissant. because today darma got the responsibilities to make lunch, so i make group with another friend which is Sally and Nata, today we are back at croissant again.
And since we have around 12 kg of pastry shortening left, so we only had 1 chance on making this. so then we start, today we are making it until it is baking. when it baked it was so perfect, but the results are a little bit out of expectations, the layers inside the croissant is a little bit small , but i am proud of it
today we are doing general cleaning starting at 5 pm so we actually come home at 8pm after everything is finished and closed by Mr.Faisal.
