Daily Blog #12 - 8th October 2019
Hey guys back to the second day of practical process. today is a little bit special because today we are making Lobster dishes. we have prepared the lobster yesterday so today we are just finishing and making the condiments. so we made Jimbaran Grilled Lobster with singaporean sauce with Cantonese Steamed egg Vegetable served with Butter rice. we then served the Dish at the LSP room then after finished we then did general cleaning and finished at around 6 pm then go home
