Hey guys welcome back to my blog, and this blog i am going to tell you about my activities for today, so today we actually making puff pastry and also bakpia at the same time, so today we got to make the Raisins Scones. which consist of flour, butter and baking soda.
then we start making them and after baking, the first attempt was a failure , just like what Mr.Faisal said, the scones were flat and not crumbly, and very hard, "tidak ada yang keras di dalam pastry selain cookies". so he told us to try to make it again and after the second attempt, we finally get the results that we want, it is crumbly, soft and taste good, but the last thing that we need to fix is the taste of raisins that kinda lack in this attempt, so to make the raisins taste stronger, we actually have to soak the raisins in luke warm water then mix it into the dough mix.
after we finished baking, then we have lunch together and after that we continue with general cleaning and then go home at around 6 pm.
